Sellers can manage (Add/Edit/Delete) their products from their sellers dashboard which is extremely easy to use.
Only Sellers will decide the price of their products.
Sellers should include shipping cost & GST in product price only. For example, if price of a product is INR 800, GST is INR 144 and Shipping/Courier charges are INR 100 then seller should keep the product price as INR 1044 (800 + 144 + 100)
ORDERS INFORMATION
Sellers will receive the orders on their seller’s dashboard along with email/sms notification.
Sellers can manage (Add/Edit/Delete) their products from their sellers dashboard which is extremely easy to use.
Swadesideals.com accepts only online payments while placing an order, customers will have following payment options:
1. Pay by debit/Credit card
2. Netbanking
3. Pay by UPI ID/UPI Payment Apps
4. Wallets
No, there is no such limit.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION
Sellers will be responsible for arranging the shipments and bear the cost of same.
Sellers should include shipping cost & GST in product price only. For example, if price of a product is INR 800, GST is INR 144 and Shipping/Courier charges are INR 100 then seller should keep the product price as INR 1044 (800 + 144 + 100)
Once the order is received, we encourage sellers to ship the product as soon as possible in order to get good reviews from the customers.
Sellers should ship the product on same day or on the next day.
No, seller can decide the type of shipment type (road/rail/air) they wish to use.
We recommend you to register with Delhivery for your shipments.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Swadesideals.com will release payment after 7 days of order completion. Usually on last working day of every month.
Swadesideals.com will charge some amount as fix Percentage per sale.

RETURN/CANCELLATION INFORMATION
We follow 3 day return policy, which means if use is not satisfied with the product he/she can return the order within 3 days of delivery.
In case of return, seller will be responsible for arranging pick-up of product from customer and bear the cost.
If order is canceled before shipment is done, then there will be no charges from Swadesideals.com
But, if order is cancelled by customer after order is shipped, customer will have to bear cancellation charges which will be equal to shipment cost (back to sellers destination)
If seller do not accept returns or cancellations then it should be mentioned in product description.
